You cannot manage time, you can only manage activities

We all have the same time: 24 hours over a day, 60 minutes over an hour, and 60 seconds over a minute but how come some people are able to achieve so much more within a certain period of time while others don’t? What are those practical steps which can shift the results accomplished in a fast and permanent way?

It is a scientifically proven fact that our subconscious programming and our paradigms not only affect the results we get but also how we manage things, situations and our time. In fact this is what controls our reality.

It has also been proven scientifically that repetition is one of the primary and fastest ways to shift the old paradigms and create new ones.

Here are some key suggestions on how this can be accomplished:

  • -          What can an extra hour bring in results? How about getting up an hour earlier in the morning? At the end of a month you will have earned 30 productive hours. If you look at the lives of the most successful men and women, you will find that almost all start their day early.
  • -          Focus and Concentrate on only one task at a time. Multi-tasking is less productive and a lot of time is invested in switching from one task to another, whereas once you focus on just one task at a time, productivity increases achieving a better completion of each task. Only then should you move to the next task.
  • -          Get organized the night before by writing a list of the tasks you aim to complete the next day. This way you will have everything already written down on paper, so that no extra energy is wasted on thinking and worrying.
  • -          Once you have created your list of tasks to be completed for the next day, prioritize what needs to be completed first and what can follow.
  • -          One minute can bring results. Most people consider one minute as being too little time to complete a task, while in fact, many things can positively shift, be created or completed in just a minute.
  • -          Review your monthly, weekly and daily schedule regularly and be flexible to changes and necessary adjustment.
  • -          Create the right attitude. Complaining again and again about not having enough time creates more of the same energy and situations, whereas a small shift in thinking brings great results and a brand new reality.

Remember we all have the same time each and every day; it is up to us to accomplish the most in the time given to us.
