Gratitude

When it comes to the term “Gratitude” the majority of people begin to share their daily ritual of writing 7 or 10 things they are grateful for. This is an amazing and powerful exercise which is highly recommitted on a daily basis. However, is this what gratitude means in reality?

Even though Gratitude writing is highly recommended on a daily basis, the deep and honest feeling of gratitude can elevate the vibration from merely another word to a pure feeling, that is to high vibrational and radiant love.

If we spend some time to look for anything that comes from within and around, anything that is given to us, we can realize that nothing is for granted, nothing is our “eternity” and nothing can be confirmed. As my mentor and teacher Bob Proctor reports: “An Attitude of Gratitude”. What that signifies is the power of the thoughts, feelings and undoubtedly the actions of gratitude, in other words the fact that the whole body vibrates in gratitude.

Thoughts cause feelings and feelings cause the creation of images. Yet, the heart is emotionally affected, emotions become more complex and our whole being is being vibrated in gratitude.   Hence, it is impossible for a person in gratitude to feel angry, frustrated or mad at someone. This is impossible to occur.

It would then be appropriate to choose the exercise of Gratitude along with physical presence and feelings.
