Be a Good Listener
To succeed, you need to learn how to listen first. Pay attention to other people whoare successful in their life;attend seminars given by people that can motivate and encourage, or be open to hear from others. By justtalking, you never learn more of what you already know. Byjust listening,you always learn. To become a good listener needstime and practice but in the end, it will be your greatest tool.
Accept Responsibility
You need to accept responsibility. Good or not so good decisions or fall behinds in your plan are maybe part of your growth procedure. Excuses areeasy to give to yourself or others, but would they contribute to your growth and reaching your goal? Take responsibility of what had happened, learn and move forward with steady action steps that gonna take you back on track.
Attitude
Putting yourself in the right attitude for success should be at the top of your list. Staying positive and surrounding yourself with like minded people, that share a positive attitude will help you succeed. Do not allow negative thoughts to slip into your mind. Attend motivational seminars and find ways to enjoy life. A good attitude will allow you to turn any bad situation into a learning experience. You have heard the saying, “The glass is either half-full or half-empty.” In fact the glass is always full! You need to adopt the attitude that life is always full, and as my mentor and teacher Bob Proctor says “Life is good all the time” and this is how it is.
Share your Success
Although this applies more towards the end of the process, it is equally important. When you finally do reach your success, use your experience to teach, guide, and mentor others so that they too might succeed.
Keep smiling and life will reward you graciously.
